By accessing and using Liverpool Dental Learning Hub (the 'Platform'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. The Platform is operated by the University of Liverpool School of Dentistry.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Platform

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

4. Course Enrollment and CPD Credits

CPD hours are awarded upon successful completion of courses according to the criteria specified in each course. You are responsible for maintaining your own CPD records. Certificates of completion are provided digitally and can be downloaded from your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided through the Platform are the intellectual property of the University of Liverpool or its licensors. You may access and use materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the University of Liverpool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
